March 1, 2016 - Jacksonville, FL

We were up very early because Tony, the handyman, told us yesterday that he was going to come by at 7:30 am.  He was not kidding because he was already here before 7:30 am!

We decided not to go out today while the handyman was working. We wanted to be sure that he does the job correctly and we can tell him how to do it our way ;-) Picky, aren't we???

First project for Tony was to cut off 1’ of the sidings on the right side and the back of the workshop.  Tony sawed it off accurately, showed us the pieces and said the sidings were not rotten at all.  D#%&@ the inspector!  Too late… Tony proceeded to cut off the portion in the back.

Materials ready and waiting to be measured and cut

Tony then cut the new siding to fit the cutouts after installing the "Z" strip, nailed it to the structure.  He continued to work on it until about 4:30 pm.
