It was a cloudy morning, but it felt warm outside. We did not do much this morning.
Lori, our realtor, emailed with the information on house inspection that was done last week. There were few items that need to be taken care of first before the buyer can secure mortgage from his bank.
At 3:30 pm Lori stopped by to talk to us about the inspection and showed us a list of Wood Damaging Organism (WDO). WDO must be taken care of first and that means we will have to come up with $ to cover the expenses. Lori knows of a general contractor she thinks will take care of the repairs and will contact him to get an estimate of what it will cost us to have it done.
With the repairs in mind it means we cannot start our vacation until it is done. It all depends on how soon the contractor can start the job.
We did not do much for the rest of the evening.
