June 5, 2014 (45th Day)

FYI: We stayed at Traver's residence for almost 2 weeks and we did not make notes for each day during that time, so we may leave out some important stuff, but we are trying our best to share with you of what went on after we look through the photo album.

Dining Room filled with kids and their BFFs before breakfast

We went with Keri to Bozeman to do some shopping.  First stop was at Montana Party Rentals to see if they have the balloons that Keri needed for Sasha's baptism and Hunter's 1st birthday party, but they did not have much left in stock.

Keri mentioned there is a neat cupcake shop in Bozeman, said they are so good. So, we went by Cupcake Mountain Cupcakery. It is on 218 N. 7th Ave.  They make gourmet cupcakes. Parking was not a problem in the small lot, walked in the shop.  Oh, that really made our mouths watering from just looking at cupcakes.  It took us a while to decide which cupcake each wanted to get.  Got 4 cupcakes ($3 each) packed in a box.  Once we were inside the car we quickly but with tiny bite devoured them. They were really moist and we enjoyed every bite of it.  Frosting was just perfect, soft and plentiful.

After licking off frosting and cupcake crumbs we went by Walmart to look for party favors, balloons, tablescape, etc. Dustin got off from work and came to meet us there.  Erwin took care of Hunter while we scrambled all over the store to get this and that.  All done, then off to Lowe's.

There is never a dull moment when we are staying with the Traver family.  Always something to do.

Next stop: Lowe's
Keri wanted to repaint the media room from brown to charcoal or slate, so she looked for "OOPS" paint cans that can be had for so cheap. She found one 5 gallon bucket with ivory or cream and asked the manager if he could add tints to make it dark grey or slate. After she and Edith scanned through color samples Keri found one she thought might work. The manager cautioned that because of the special paint base already in the bucket it would be difficult to achieve the desired color. Keri decided to pick up paint cans of black that will be added to OOPS paint. While there we picked up brush rollers, gloves, etc.
Off to the car...

Keri explaining to the manager about the color she wanted to get

Next stop: Michael's
Found few things to be used for the baptism and birthday party

Then back home...

"Mr. Boss, I'm so happy to see you, but  let me tell you a story of what we all did in town"
"Keri, how come you did not take me along for a ride to town",  said Mr. Boss

After all the kids were fed Keri and Dustin took us out to eat at Pompey's Grill in Sacajawea Hotel in Three Forks, MT. They raved about how delicious their foods were and wanted us to try. The room was not well lit, so Edith did not take many pictures, but she did the best she could with her IPad mini. Erwin had Montana Bison Short Ribs-Rancho Picante and Edith had Filet Mignon.  For starters, Keri and Dustin shared Bibb Wedge salad and Pork Rillets.  Everything was prepared and cooked to perfection! We did not leave the restaurant without ordering desserts.  They were to die for!  We stayed and chatted until after the closing time!!! That was how much we enjoyed the evening with Keri and Dustin. We have to say that we agreed with Keri and Dustin's testimony about how great the foods were.

Then it was back home and we chatted some more before bidding each other good night.
