June 10, 2014 (50th Day)

It was another lovely day, but we still have projects to catch up on and finish in the house.  The kids, except Hunter, were at the day camp, so no interruptions.

Keri had decided that this evening was going to be perfect for photoshooting at the old abandoned farmhouse/barn and requested that we wore what she had in mind.  Edith did not have blue jeans, had only black ones.  Oh well... We put on white shirts, borrowed Keri and Dustin's cowboy boots.  Keri got all girls' hair curled and sprayed, applied make-up on them. Edith even put make-up on (per Keri's request). She rarely uses make-up.

"Grandma, can you come over and help get my boots on for me?"

Keri took pictures of us first, then of the kids and then Edith took over and took pictures of the family.  Anyway, just when Edith was done taking pictures of the Traver family a STORM started rolling in, winds picking up and blowing dust in our faces so we hurriedly finished and packed ourselves into the SUV and left. Keri had wanted to shoot us all with different themes: Girls wear dresses with cowboy boots and the boys wear black shirts, On way back home winds were howling and blowing and rocking the SUV as much as the bumps in the roads were! We barely made it home alive.
Keri took these pictures.. We love all of them! Thank you, Keri dear
