It was a very cloudy morning. The RV resort called to let us know that we need to stop by the office to pay for one more night. We were hoping the Jeep was ready yesterday, but it was not and we did not pay for last night's stay.
The transmission shop called and said the Jeep was ready and the tech will come by the front offce at Winter Garden RV Resort to pick us up.
After paying the bill for the Jeep the manager instructed us to be sure to check the transmission fluid 15 days from today.
We took the Lil' Home back to Independence RV because the rear right light was not working. Jeff, the tech guy was trying to figure out where the problem was. While he was checking to see where the problem was we decided to go out for lunch.
After we got back from lunch Jeff told us that he finally found a problem and it was a relay that was defective and replaced. While at store we bought one slideout motor controller that will be held as a spare.
We left Winter Garden, FL for Jacksonville, FL. We already made a reservation at Fleetwood that is on U.S. 1. Bumper to bumper traffic on Buckman Bridge (I-295).
We arrived at Fleetwood Mobile Home & RV Park at 4 pm. Site #3A was reserved for us with an orange cone and a "RESERVED" sign, but Erwin's last name was not spelled correctly.
After supper I told Erwin that I wanted to go to San Marco Riverfront, one of my favorite spots for sunset photography. When we got to the riverfront we were surprised that it was fenced off. The seawalls were in bad shape. Not to worry... Greenscape Celebration Park (also known as Acorn Park, see the Acorn behind us?) is another good spot that we can go to. It is at the dead end of Lasalle Street. The sunset was not so great, but I felt good to be back here to enjoy the scenery.
