I slept in until past 10:30 am. I think I was knocked out from the margarita drink I had last night.
Erwin was up early, drove the Jeep to the service shop nearby. The shop was fully booked today, but they told Erwin to bring the Jeep in tomorrow. They will try to look into the problem with the right rear brake/tail light not working.
After Erwin got back from the shop we went over to Patty & Paul’s house. Patty told Erwin to do the laundry at her house. Paul was away from home at that time. Patty and I worked on the puzzle a bit while Erwin did the laundry.
Paul brought lunch from Panera Bread for all of us. After lunch we four sat at the table trying to finish the puzzle. I took a break once in a while to try and finish one post for the blog.
After the laundry was done we went back to KOA to rest a bit and I took a power nap. It was 5 pm when Patty and Paul came by to pick us up.
Patty and Paul’s daughter, Pamela invited us to have supper with her and her family. It was so good to see her, her husband, Ken, and their two kids, Evans and Emma again. They live not too far from Patty and Paul.
Two different kinds of cheese with assorted crackers and wine were served before supper. We had a glass of Pinot Noir and it was very good.
After supper Erwin showed his woodburning projects to the family. Emma likes to draw. Questions were asked about how woodburning was done and Erwin explained how he does it.
We all sat down in the living room and talked about different things, such as, vacation, trips in Europe and Asia, cooking, etc. It was a lovely time with the family.
Patty and Paul dropped us off at KOA. As soon as they got into their subdivision they saw the moon. Patty texted me to tell me to go outside to see the moon. I went outside, did not see the moon. Where we were the land was low and where Patty and Paul live, they are on higher ground.
