Gracie & Jerry, our dear friends, stopped by when we were still boondocking at Super Walmart in Chiefland, FL. They were on way to shop at Walmart, and we chatted briefly. Made plan to meet for lunch in Old Town, FL.
We mentioned to Gracie and Jerry that we were planning on boondocking behind Hardee’s in Old Town tonight after leaving Chiefland, but were advised not to. There is a patch of woods that is along the parking lot and there are bums and homeless people living there and they tend to break into vehicles parked there overnight, plus there has been a meth lab in the woods a few months ago. Gracie and Jerry offered to let us park our Lil’ Home on their property that is not too far from Hardee’s.
We spent the rest of the day with Gracie and Jerry. We always enjoy spending time with this sweet couple.
